Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 8, 2026

1. Technical Inspection Scope (No Legal Advice)

WCAGBrief provides automated DOM inspection software, guided manual accessibility checklists, remediation effort estimators, and template Accessibility Statements. Outputs generated by WCAGBrief are technical engineering aids and do not constitute formal legal advice, legal representation, or a statutory guarantee of immunity from regulatory enforcement or third-party litigation under the EU European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), EN 301 549, US ADA Title II/III, or any national law.

2. License Tiers & Commercial White-Label Rights

Paid Solo Freelancer Pass and Agency White-Label license holders are granted a worldwide, royalty-free commercial right to distribute exported PDF audit reports, CSV backlogs, and Accessibility Statements to their end clients under their own agency or consulting brand, subject to the monthly export quotas of the selected tier.

3. Acceptable Use & License Key Security

License keys are issued per freelancer or studio entity and may not be publicly posted, resold as standalone keys, or shared across unaffiliated organizations. Automated scraping or abuse of the AI code-patch endpoint beyond fair-use caps may result in key suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WCAGBrief's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the software shall not exceed the total license fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
